Your Right to Cancel — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your pack, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at information@vitamonth.uk with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Important — Hygiene Exemption for Opened Supplement Packs
Food supplements are subject to a hygiene exemption under Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means that once a supplement pack has been opened or individual daily doses have been removed from their sealed packaging, your right to return that pack for a refund no longer applies for hygiene reasons.
If your pack arrives sealed and unopened and you wish to return it within your 14-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund.
If your pack has been opened or partially used, we are unable to accept a return, but this does not affect your right to cancel your subscription going forward.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your pack arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at information@vitamonth.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VitaMonth subscription at any time by logging into your account or by emailing information@vitamonth.uk.
Subscription payments are taken on the 2nd of each month. To avoid being charged for the following month, your cancellation must be received before the 2nd. Cancellations received on or after the 2nd will take effect the following month — your final pack will have already been dispatched and payment will not be refunded for that month under the hygiene exemption where the pack has been dispatched.
There are no minimum subscription terms and no cancellation fees.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving your returned pack or, where no return is required, within 14 calendar days of your cancellation being confirmed. Refunds are processed by the same payment method used at purchase. No fees will be deducted.
