Shipping policy
Delivery — United Kingdom
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
All VitaMonth packs are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox (no signature required, no missed delivery cards).
Delivery is free on all UK orders. There are no delivery charges at any price point.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframe
Subscription packs are dispatched in the last week of each calendar month, to begin consumption on the 1st of each month. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your pack has been sent.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your order will be delivered within 30 calendar days of the date your order is confirmed, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. In practice, most orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
Because our packs are designed to fit through your letterbox, a failed delivery should be rare. If your pack does not arrive within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at information@vitamonth.uk and we will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Damaged Goods
If your pack arrives damaged, please contact us at information@vitamonth.uk within 14 days of receipt with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Billing & Dispatch Dates
Subscription payments are taken on the 2nd of each month. Packs are dispatched in the last week of the same month. If you subscribe after the 2nd of a given month, your first pack will be dispatched at the end of that month, and renew on the 2nd day of the following month.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. You may also cancel any individual order within 14 calendar days of receiving it (your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
