Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a VitaMonth subscription, you will receive a monthly delivery of your personalised supplement pack. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you choose to cancel.
Billing
Your payment is taken on the 2nd of each month. Your pack is then dispatched in the last week of the same month. By subscribing, you authorise VITAMONTH LIMITED to charge your payment method on this schedule.
Changing your subscription
You can add, remove, or swap supplements in your pack at any time by logging into your account. Changes made before the 2nd of the month will take effect in that month's pack. Changes made on or after the 2nd will take effect the following month, as your pack will already be in preparation.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no fees and no minimum term. To avoid being charged for the following month, your cancellation must be submitted before the 2nd of the month. Cancellations received on or after the 2nd will take effect the following month.

Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your first pack. If your pack is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, you are entitled to a full refund. Once a pack has been opened, the hygiene exemption under Regulation 28(1)(c) applies and we are unable to accept a return — this does not affect your right to cancel future deliveries.
